Shipping and return policies for LJ Parks

Shipping Info
All items are shipped from Hobart, Tasmania, via Australia Post unless otherwise specified. For current delivery estimates, please check their website.

Delays such as public holidays, worker strikes or an AI uprising might impact the timeliness of your order's arrival.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:
Orders containing flat items that weigh less than 50 grams in total are shipped as untracked letters as standard unless otherwise specified. This includes CDs, stickers, download cards etc. While we use untracked letters as the norm to keep shipping costs down for you, you may wish to upgrade to tracked parcel post if you are concerned about your parcel getting lost in the mail. In most cases, it's only a few dollars extra. Just speak to us :)

Larger orders (e.g. any order containing a T-shirt, or bulk orders of CDs) are posted as standard parcels (tracking is included) unless otherwise specified.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
We use Air Mail via Australia Post, unless otherwise specified. International post is quite strict about what can and can't be sent as a letter, so unfortunately all CD orders are subject to standard parcel post fees.

All international parcels are sent as tracked standard post by default, even though this costs a little extra, because we have lost too many things in overseas mail before to risk going without :(

Please note: The displayed prices do not include taxes or import duties. Local customs authorities may charge these dues on import of your shipment, the carrier will then invoice them to you. We are unable to deal with customs charges from our side.

SHIPPING UPGRADES:
If you would like to upgrade your order to tracked, standard, or express post, please get in touch with us prior to placing your order. We like to send things to you as soon as possible, which means there is a very limited window for you to request an upgrade after ordering! If your parcel has been sent by the time you contact us, it is already too late to make any changes.

LOST/DAMAGED MAIL
If your order arrives damaged, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us.

As a guide, we generally consider an order to be geographically embarrassed if it's been more than...
- 4 standard working weeks for domestic delivery
- 6 standard working weeks for international delivery
...from the date of dispatch (when we drop it off at the mailbox/post office and mark it as shipped on Bandcamp).
Return Policy
Please order carefully as we do not offer refunds for change of mind. We can provide a credit note or exchange on a case-by-case basis.

If you are unsure of anything, please contact us before placing your order! We use unisex (mens) AS colour staple tees across our range in sizes S - 2XL , but we can also arrange for larger sizes to be made if these don't work for you. (for alternate size requests, please get in touch BEFORE you place your order)
